Specialized Legislative Analysis
The professional development of InterJuris lawyers extends to pro bono work, especially in the field of corporate law. They dedicate a significant portion of their time to supporting non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
A recent example is the work carried out in analyzing and studying the Law for the Control, Regularization, Performance, and Financing of Non-Governmental Organizations and Non-Profit Social Organizations (Official Gazette No. 6,855 Extraordinary of November 15, 2024). This fundamental law introduced new obligations for foundations, such as the mandatory submission of detailed minutes of meetings, with the possibility of deregistration in the event of non-compliance.

Beca de Formación Académica
En InterJuris, el aporte de las mujeres es esencial y creemos firmemente en su valor. Para impulsar el talento femenino, la firma ha creado un programa de becas para apoyar la formación de futuras abogadas, así como el desarrollo de las mujeres en nuestro propio equipo.
Con dos becas de $5,000 cada una, buscamos financiar la educación académica. Al menos una de estas becas está reservada específicamente para una mujer, reafirmando nuestro compromiso con la Igualdad de Género (Objetivo 5) y la Educación de Calidad (Objetivo 4).
Objetivo Nro. 4 ODS: Educación de calidad
